I wear my undies on the outside! (or I can be a Superhero too!)
Superheroes v Every Day Heroes
As part of our study on superheroes versus every day heroes, we're considering the qualities of characters like Captain Planet and the Planeteers and comparing them to real-life heroes in our community and beyond.
Do you have a little spare time? Want to find out more about Captain Planet and his adventures? Here is a selection of cartoons for your enjoyment.

Superhero Fun
Just like Annemarie and Ellen in Number the Stars, but with a Superhero theme, have a little fun with these paper dolls.
Community
Our first Thematic unit of the year has centred on the concept of Community.
To conclude our studies we considered service learning opportunities that would enable us to make a positive contribution to the community in which we live.
Our goal was, and is, to make our world a little better every day.
Inspired by the video above, we've chosen to pursue our own 'Random Acts of Kindness' or 'Pay-it-Forward' initiative where we'll endeavour to do at least 3 helpful, beneficial or kind things for others on a daily basis.

What 3 acts of kindness have you done today?
