Conceptual Visualisation
This year, as part of our SPARK studies, we will be considering ways of visualising and representing those values we hold dear.
If you'd like to join the challenge, or pursue it further during your morning mindfulness moments and community time, read on.
The table below contains a broad range of interesting and meaningful concepts that are often hard to put into words. Many evoke emotions, memories, or aspirations. So, following the ancient wisdom that a picture's worth a 1000 words, here's your challenge:
create an artwork which represents one or all of the following concepts.
Use a notebook to record your creation or collect some art paper and share your ideas.

Creative Thinking Prompts:
What comes to mind when you think of this week's concept?
What colours do you associate with this concept?
What objects? What symbols? Which aspects of nature? What words or language?
If you could draw the concept as a line or pattern, what would it look like?
If there are multiple elements to your image, how should they be arranged?
Does size matter?
Remember, your image may include any, all or none of these elements. They are simply prompts to help you begin the creative thinking process. Express yourself.
